Day 1. GACHETA - UBALA 34 KM 1,250 MTS SLOPE. The first stage of our exciting journey begins in the charming Municipality of Gacheta, from where we head on a 14-kilometer climb to Ubalá. As we ascend, the first landscapes of the imposing Guavio Dam unfold before us, offering spectacular views that immerse us in the grandeur of this natural environment.
Upon arriving in Ubalá, we take a break to explore this municipality, immersing ourselves in its rich culture and enjoying its local charm. The culmination of our first day takes place at the hotel where we stay, a refuge that not only offers comfort but also a stunning view of the Guavio reservoir. From this privileged viewpoint, we admire the majesty of the reservoir under the evening light, providing us with a perfect end to a day full of discoveries and amazing landscapes (In Gachetá we will give you a parking option for both days)

Day 2. UBALA - GACHALA 36 KM 1,100 MTS SLOPE. Our exciting journey unfolds in the second stage, starting from Ubalá towards the charming Gachalá, crossing a section that stands out as one of the most captivating of the Water Route. This section allows us to get closer to the edge of the Guavio reservoir, providing an immersive experience with impressive views and a direct connection with the serenity of the water.
The landscape changes as we advance, offering a diversity of scenarios between bridges and tunnels. Upon arriving in Gachala, the opportunity to take a boat or ferry ride on the Guavio reservoir awaits us. This unique experience allows us to further explore the magnificence of the dam, giving us moments of tranquility and awe as we navigate its crystal clear waters. Day 3. GACHALA - GACHETA 34 KM 1,300 MTS SLOPE.The third stage of our Water Route invites us to live an extraordinary experience as we travel from Gachalá to the starting point, Gachetá. This section stands out for a challenging ascent, where the reward is found in each step as we reach heights that offer us impressive panoramic views. The effort is rewarded with panoramic views of the Guavio Dam and its surroundings, creating a backdrop that is worth every climb.
The descent from Gama to Gacheta reserves us moments of pure admiration. The mix of green valleys and the constant presence of the reservoir gives us a unique experience.
